Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Pretoria and Johannesburg, I found a quiet retreat at the President. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Francois, who gave me a brief yet captivating history of the place. My thatched cottage was well-appointed, with a comfortable double bed and functional amenities, including a nice selection of satellite channels. I took full advantage of the serene setting, lounging by the outdoor swimming pool amid the lush garden. The braai area was a delightful touch, perfect for leisurely evenings. Breakfast each day was enjoyable, offering a variety of fresh options that fueled my adventures. Oh, and I must mention the spa services- a great way to unwind after exploring. If you seek a peaceful getaway, the President might just provide the rejuvenation you need.
